What do we do?

Once the sheet metal has been transformed through all the necessary production processes, we offer an integral assembly service of fine boilermaking components, designed to satisfy the most demanding needs of our customers. We ensure that each part is assembled with precision, meeting the highest standards of quality and functionality.

  • Structural assembly: We assemble metal components with accuracy, ensuring perfect alignment and fit.

  • Integration of customized parts: We work with custom-made parts, complying with technical specifications.

  • Joining of subcomponents: Welding, riveting, bolting and other methods according to project requirements.
  • Functional testing: We guarantee that assembled assemblies are ready for their final application.

Machinery

  • 5 Hydraulic assembly presses, table dimensions: 1500 x 1000

  • 4 Tox jointing presses, dimensions: 1,000 x 700.

  • 1 Belt-fed shrink-wrapping oven, maximum width dimension 1.000mm.
  • 2 pillar drills equipped with 3-axis rotary table.

  • 2 multi-head vertical tapping machines (up to 8 threads/cycle).

  • 1 horizontal multi-head tapping machine (up to 4 threads/cycle).
